The Stud Facilities

All our paddocks are well maintained, watered and bounded by hedgerows, offering protection from all our weather fronts. For mares requiring more restricted grazing we have nursery paddocks available.

NUTRITION We are only too happy to cater for all dietary and supplementation requirements and are able to feed owner supplied feeds and supplements for a small daily charge.

FOALING BOXES & STABLES are all situated on our main yard close to the house, ensuring constant 24 hour care.  Stables are all rubber matted and light and airy.

SECURITY & CARE  The stud farm is also our home so we can guarantee 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on site supervision and care.  All our paddocks are checked first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening.

STAFF All our staff are well checked and supervised to ensure the well-being of your mares and are trained in the handling of our stallions.

VETERINARY CARE is supplied by E.R.S (Equine Reproductive Services) based at Malton who specialise in their field and offer the best veterinary care available for your mare.  They offer excellent value and all inclusive veterinary packages, however mares can be charged on a per scan basis unless using A1 with chilled or frozen semen.

STUD MANAGERESS Amy Poltinger is a fully qualified Artificial Insemination Technician.
